IntroductionStainless steel U-shaped mixer, also known as dry powder mixer, is a multi-purpose mixing equipment. Under the action of the pulp leaves, the material in the machine has both circular and axial motion. According to the state of movement of the material, convection stirring, shear stirring and diffusion stirring are generated. By rotating, the agglomerated fibers are dispersed, so as to achieve the effect of uniform mixing.

Working principleThe stainless steel U-shaped mixer quickly mixes the materials and moves the spiral belt of the mixing shaft, causing the inner and outer spiral belts to flip the materials within a large range. The inner spiral belt moves the materials to both sides, and the outer spiral belt moves the materials inward from both sides, causing the materials to be mixed back and forth. The other part of the material is driven by the spiral belt and moves axially and radially, thereby forming a convection cycle. Due to the stirring of the above-mentioned movement, the material is quickly and evenly mixed in a relatively short period of time.

Features1. The stainless steel powder mixer machine is a horizontal cylinder with a two-layer spiral belt structure inside and outside, low noise, and has a variety of agitator structures for multi-function mixing equipment.
2. The mixing speed is fast, the mixing uniformity is high, and it is viscous. Scrapers can be installed on the spiral belt to make it more suitable for thick and mushy mixing.
3. Under the mixing requirements of different materials (the materials need to be cleaned after each mixing), different spiral belt structures are used, and the jacket type can be heated and dried.

ApplicationIt is used in the mixing and stirring of powdered and granular materials such as dry powder, bentonite, diatomaceous earth, food preservatives, resins, cement, fly ash, lime powder, talcum powder, gypsum powder, and pulverized coal.
