This machine has one set of vertical hot roller sealing device,one set of horizontal hot roller sealing device and one set of horizontal cold roller sealing device.

Rolling sealing is adopted:Vertical sealing is chessboard pattern with leak proof,while horizontal sealing is chessboard pattern(or plain seal) with leak proof.Customer can choose magnetic pump for free-flow liquid,Hibar pump for even viscous product,Piston pump for uneven viscous liquid and Rotary pump® for even viscous product continuous feeding.

There are three types of cutting functions: plain cutting, sawtooth cutting and perforation cutting.This machine also equipped with tear notch for convenient bag opening.

PLC control,touch screen displays running status.

Vertical sealing unit driven by variable-frequency motor,realize stepless adjustment of packaging speed within rated range.
Horizontal sealing unit driven by servo motor ,realize stepless adjustment of bag length within rated range. The bag length can be set on Touch screen,and length adjustment is easy and convenient.


Intelligent photocell positioning control system with the function of automatic positioning of first bag. Eliminate the influence of signal disturbing caused by abnormal eye-mark pattern and bad print of film,to ensure stable operation.

Automatic adjustment function for noneffctive cutting,solve the problem of multiple machine-stopping adjustments and waste of film,improving working efficiency and ensure good appearance of bags.

Application

This machine is designed for the automatic packing of liquid, viscous sauce and paste material, it seals adopt three or four side seal method, according to different material, the packing materials adopt different metering device to inject into bags. Cut off methods can use each of flat knife, serrated knife, point marking knife as requirement. And equipped with ease open bags cutting device.

All the products before delivery should be tested by an assembly and debugging engineer, wiped up and cleaned, the wrapped with stretch film to protect them from moisture. The precision part needs a flexible package. In addition, without standard tools, manuals other documents, and an ex-factory confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave the factory. All the products will be packed in wooden cases. The exported products use plywood cases to pack. The foot margin of equipment is fixed tightly to allow the machine can experience loading and uploading, the upward mark will be posted on the wooden case.
