Features of canning machine
1. The cover and main parts of the machine are made of 304# stainless steel;
2. The sealing elements of the vacuum system are made of silica gel;
3. Except that manual operation is required for tank and cover discharge, other vacuumizing and nitrogen filling are automatically controlled. The programmable controller of Zhongda Youkong brand is adopted, and the parameters can be set on the touch screen;
4. Imported accessories for main electrical components;
5. High precision digital display pressure sensor is used to detect vacuum pressure;
6. Oil free vacuum pump is used for vacuum pumping;
7. The whole process is carried out in a sealed chamber.
8. The whole production speed can be set on the touch screen according to the requirements, all common faults will alarm automatically, and the corresponding fault cause location will be given. According to the severity of the fault, PLC will automatically judge whether the host can continue to run or stop;
