Description of Automatic Sachet Packing Equipment

KEFAI Machinery high-speed granule packaging machine is a packing equipment to achieve three side sealing or four side sealing. With different feeding devices, it can pack different materials such as granules, tablets, pills, irregularities and so on. This automated machine can maximize the protection of the integrity of the particles from being damaged. It is suitable for small particles, powders, etc., especially for granulated sugar, with a speed of up to 150 bags/min.

Features

1. The machine has one set of longitudinal roller sealing devices and one set of transverse roller sealing devices.
2. The sealing pattern adopts a checkerboard pattern.
3. The working process of the whole machine includes bag making, longitudinal sealing, filling, transversal sealing, easy-tear notch making, cutting, and other main processes.
4. The feeding device will be selected according to the physical condition of the packaged material, including the metering disc mode, screw mode, swinging cup mode, vibrator mode and so on. The cutting knife can be one of the three types: flat knife, serrated, and point scribing.
5. The machine adopts PLC centralised control, touch screen operation and display of working conditions, servo-driven variable bag length system, and intelligent photoelectric colour-coded positioning control system.
6. The safety door device of the machine can effectively ensure the safety and convenience of the operator.
7. The machine can be made in a twin version to save workshop station area and feeding space.
