Introduction This automatic bib filler series of machine is designed and manufactured by our company with reference to the advanced technology from abroad, specially for the filling of soft packing in the box; it adopts the high-precision flowmeter metering method, with high filling accuracy and easy to set and adjust the filling volume; it is widely applied to the automatic filling of BIB bag in box of mineral water, wine, juice drinks and other materials. The equipment is compact, occupies little space, convenient for external connection, and the whole equipment is beautiful in shape and reasonable in layout. All key control points are all monitored by PLC, our self-developed control system, touch screen operation, the movement trajectory and current status of the equipment is clear at a glance. Filling pipeline, filling head and valve adopt quick-fit live connection method, and the pipeline is simple, with few dead ends, easy to dismantle, disinfection and cleaning; The machine adopts high-precision flowmeter control, with precise measurement; BIB filling machine and automatic production line includes: prefabricated bags BIB hundred level clean large capacity automatic filling machine and bagged water conveyor belt.
Machine Workflow
Place the first continuous BIB prefabricated bag in the position → the machine automatically sends the bag → the machine clamps the cover → the bag faucet kills → goes to the cap pulling station → automatic cap pulling → automatic filling → automatic pressing Cover → automatic bag cutting → conveying out of the bag
