Introduction
The aseptic bag-in-box filling machine is developed by our company with reference to the advanced technology from abroad combined with our own years of production experience. The machine is sterilized by saturated steam, the aseptic protection and barrier design of the whole filling system is scientific and reasonable, the product measurement method adopts weighing measurement, the filling accuracy is high; the whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch screen, the interface is friendly and intuitive, setting and adjusting the filling quantity is convenient and quick, easy to operate; it is widely used for filling and capping of soft bags such as milk, juice drinks, seasoning sauces, syrup, oil and wine.
Equipment composition
This bib machine is composed of several parts such as frame, weighing plate, electrical control system, steam sterilization system, automatic filling and capping system.
Features
1. The machine frame, shell and other components are mainly made of 304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with materials are mainly made of 304# stainless steel and food-grade plastic pipes, which are beautiful in shape, easy to clean and maintain, and meet the requirements of food hygiene;
2. equipment by PLC combined with human-machine interface (touch screen) control, friendly interface, adjusting, modifying parameters intuitive and fast, easy to operate;
3. the machine is connected to a CIP cleaning system, which enables automatic cleaning and recycling functions, with no dead ends for cleaning;
4. The pneumatic components of this machine mainly adopt Taiwan AIRIAC products, PLC controller, touch screen and other main electrical components are used domestic and foreign famous brand products, reliable quality, low failure rate, stable and durable;
5. The weighing method adopts weighing type, with high precision; the required filling weight can be set arbitrarily within the design range, and the setting and adjustment is intuitive and quick;
6. the machine is equipped with automatic tare function, with fast and slow double speed filling function to prevent overflow and ensure weighing accuracy;
7. The filling system is sterilised with saturated steam as the medium. The aseptic protection and barrier design of the entire filling system is scientific and reasonable to ensure the efficacy of aseptic filling.
