Introduction
The fully automatic filling and capping machine is a liquid filling line that is designed to fill bottles and jars with products of various viscosity, ranging from water-thin liquids to thick creams. Widely used in cosmetic, food, pharmaceutical, oil, and specialty industries. These inline piston filling machines can be options with different fill heads to meet different production capacities, variable speed drive conveyors, adjustable stainless steel frames, and easy-to-operate PLC control panels.

Packaging & Shipping

All the products before delivery should be tested by the assembly and debugging engineer, wiped up and cleaned, and then wrapped in stretch film to protect them from moisture. The precision part needs a flexible package. In addition, without standard tools, manuals and other documents, and an ex-factory confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave the factory. All the products will be packed in wooden cases. The exported products use plywood cases to pack. The foot margin of equipment is fixed tightly to allow the machine can experience loading and uploading, the upward mark will be posted on the wooden case.
