Cut off methods can use each of flat knife, serrated knife, point marking knife as requirement. And equipped with ease open bag cutting device.KF02-PC VP series mechanical breakthrough adopts localizable high performance double frequency conversion PLC control system, through "man-machine dialogue", making the adjustments for replacing products simple, accurate and stable, English interface makes the setting operations simple, intuitive, and reliable
Main Features
This machine has one set of vertical hot roller sealing devices, one set of horizontal hot roller sealing device and one set of horizontal cold roller sealing device. Rolling sealing is adopted: Vertical sealing is chessboard pattern with leak proof,while horizontal sealing is chessboard pattern(or plain seal) with leak proof. Customers can choose magnetic pump for free-flow liquid,Hibar pump for even viscous product, Piston pump for uneven viscous liquid and Rotary pump® for continuous feeding. There are three types of cutting functions: plain, sawtooth, and perforation. This machine also equipped with tear notch for convenient bag opening.
The PLC control and touch screen display the running status.
Vertical sealing unit driven by variable-frequency motor, realize stepless adjustment of packaging speed within rated range.
Horizontal sealing unit driven by servo motor ,realize stepless adjustment of bag length within rated range.The bag length can be set on Touch screen,and length adjustment is easy and convenient.
Intelligent photocell positioning control system with the function of automatic positioning of first bag.Eliminate the influence of signal disturbing caused by abnormal eye-mark pattern and bad print of film,to ensure stable operation.
Automatic adjustment function for noneffctive cutting,solve the problem of multiple machine-stopping adjustments and waste of film,improving working efficiency and ensure good appearance of bags.
