Product Description

This machine is widely used in the food, and beverage industry in a variety of plastic, composite paper and other wide-mouth bottle containers heat sealing, moisture-proof, and leakage-proof, to extend the shelf life of the product, as well as anti-theft, anti-counterfeiting role.
The machine adopts the principle of thermal composite work, the whole process of supplying and collecting the sealing film is driven by the gear motor and gear payment, which can realize the automatic film supply and collection. When the sealing film detecting photoelectric switch detects a signal (sealing film cursor) and bottle detecting photoelectric switch detects a bottle, the heat sealing head is driven by a cylinder, which presses the sealing film to the mouth of the bottle, and after the heat sealing time reaches the set sealing time, the heat sealing head rises up automatically and completes the process of automatic film sealing.

Packaging & Shipping
All the products before delivery should be tested by the assembly and debugging engineer, wiped up and cleaned, the wrapped with stretch film to protect them from moisture. The precision part needs a flexible package. In addition, without standard tools, manuals and other documents, and ex-factory confirmation sheets, the machine cannot leave the factory. All the products will be packed in wooden cases. The exported products use plywood cases to pack.
