Product Description

The product is mainly appropriate to seal all kinds of rounded PET can, tin can, aluminum can and paper can with advanced product design, reasonable structure and easy and simple operation. It is necessary and ideal packaging equipment of food, medicine, tea, chemical engineering and other industries.
The product conforms to regulations of national standards, departmental standards and enterprise standards and can be allowed to leave the factory after qualification of strict inspection and test.

*Servo motor driving: the turntable running more stable, accurate and low noise;
*One button start, the turntable will reset automatically after startup to ensure the good condiction;
*Emergency stop & alarm function: avoid the mechanical structure damage caused by the cans blocking;
*One button reset function of turntable: after remove the cans from turntable, the turntable can be reset by one button, which is convenient and fast;
*One key setting for calibrate turntable position (patented invention): when change turntable, after rotating the turntable to make it suitable for the sealing position, one key setting can automatically memorize, which is intelligent and efficient, and avoids the tedious steps of manual tightening screws for fine adjustment after mold replacement.
*Capacity is 60-65 cans / min , high degree of automation and saves labor costs, and is ideal for line up with other packing machine as complete production line
*The seam roller is made of 440C stainless steel and has high hardness, durability and antirust.
*The cans body does not rotate in the sealing process, with high processing precision and better sealing quality than similar domestic products.
