Product Description

The high speed packing machinery is equipped with one set of vertical sealing roller, one set of horizontal sealing roller and one set of sealing roller to strengthen. The vertical sealing roller is completed, continuous grain vein with leak-resistant line. The horizontal sealing roller is grain vein with leak-resistant line or plain sealing with leak-resistant line. The whole set of machine combines forming-vertical sealing--filling -horizontal sealing -horizontal strengthen sealing--notching-cutting together.

The feeding device depends on the physical state of the packing product, which includes the Magnetic pump device M for liquid feeling; the Hibar-style pump device Hand Rotary pump device R for homogeneous viscosity; Piston pump device P for viscosity with granules. There are line cutter, zigzag cutter and performative cutter to be chosen.

With an intelligent photo-eye control system, the first pouch can be located automatically, and the interruption information of the abnormal eye mark paint or incorrect design can be excluded and working stably.

 

Application

This high speed roller packing solution is designed for the automatic packing of liquid, viscous sauce, and paste material, it seals adopt three or four side seal method, according to different materials, and the packing materials adopt different metering devices to inject into bags. Cut-off methods can use each flat knife, serrated knife, and point marking knife as a requirement. And equipped with an easy open bag cutting device.
