Description of Automatic Sachet Packing Equipment

KEFAI Machinery high-speed granule packaging machine is a packing equipment to achieve three side sealing or four side sealing. With different feeding devices, it can pack different materials such as granules, tablets, pills, irregularities and so on. This automated machine can maximize the protection of the integrity of the particles from being damaged. It is suitable for small particles, powders, etc., especially for granulated sugar, with a speed of up to 150 bags/min.
Application
The granule continuous packing machine is mainly used for the following products or similar products:  sugar, desiccant, medicine, and other granular materials.

 

Feature

• A section of roller is used to fix the length of the bag, which is only suitable for a single category (it cannot have photoelectric sensors)
• Sealing pattern: full, continuous checkerboard.
• Cutting options: flat or serrated knife.
• Main workflow: bag forming, filling, sealing, optional tear notch, and cutting.
• PLC centralized control with HMI display, frequency-controlled speed, and intelligent temperature control.
• Film tension is managed by an automatic control system.
• Compared to rotary measuring cups, it causes no material abrasion.
• Example: Packing 5g white sugar, speed 150 bags/minute.
