Features
1. The whole machine adopts the structure of the dial conveyor, which makes the whole line conveying bottles more reliable. Different bottle types only need to adjust the height of the conveyor belt and a small number of change accessories. Therefore, the replacement of the bottle type is faster and less laborious;
2. The filling machine adopts the Italian company technology, adopts the principle of gravity low vacuum filling, and uses the secondary valve opening technology to ensure the filling process requirements of the full liquid level;
3. Spring-style rinsing pliers hand, the empty bottle automatically rotates 180° with the track, and the bottle is rinsed. The flushing nozzle of the machine adopts plum-shaped porous to fully flush the angles of the bottom of the bottle, and the washing efficiency is high;
4. The capping head and the sliding sleeve are integrated into one body. When it rotates with the main shaft, the gear of the capping shaft meshes with the inner ring gear through the intermediate gear to make it rotate, and the cap is sealed.
5. The rotary type capper adopts the pneumatic cover, which has the functions of not damaging the cover surface, the lack of the cover signal in the hopper, and the automatic capping of the upper cover machine;

The whole machine adopts advanced man-machine interface operation, PLC control, frequency conversion step-less speed regulation, and other automatic control technology, with low-temperature automatic shutdown, automatic feeding, and return control, with no bottle, no cover, no bottle waiting, card bottle shutdown, the cover sliding slot inside the cover automatically stops and other functions.
7. The up-and-down movement of the gland plunger is realized by the gland cam. The gland cam is fixed and not rotated. The crown cap is fed into the chute through a stirrer in the storage hopper and then sent to the gland plunger through the cap plate. The die is on the head.
8. Gland plunger: The gland plunger is rotated by the power belt. When the capping machine rotates for one week, each gland plunger will reciprocate up and down once. The cam controls the up-and-down movement of the gland plunger, and the cam is mounted on a fixed portion of the upper portion of the capping machine. After the bottle is transferred from the filling machine, the capping head has drawn a cap from the capping tray. The gland plunger is lowered by the cam guide to the bottle that has been erected on the lower platform, and then the pusher ring is subjected to the gland operation.9. Working principle of the capper: The capper is installed on the upper plate of the capping machine with a column. The cap enters the agitator from the storage hopper. The motor drives the agitator to rotate. The cap is in the rotating force of the agitator and the surrounding magnetic force. They are fed into the chute under the joint action.
