1. enough materials, the whole frame of the machine is thick SUS food-grade stainless steel 304. Electrical components are import famous brands: PLC controllers/inverters and displays use German Siemens, air cylinders Taiwan Airtac, Japanese Tamagawa servo motors, Japanese NTN/Germany IBC/IGUS industrial bearings, French Schneider switches, and Japan Omron relay, Japan's Panasonic Optoelectronics. 2. Metering and filling head: There is an independent leak-proof valve in the filling head to prevent material from dripping; 

3. Film-pulling and bag making: Most of the machine in the market has only one
set of film-pulling wheel, we use two sets of film-pulling wheels. The machine is more stable, and the products come out more beautiful; 

4. Pneumatic + mechanical: The sealing part is mechanical, the motor drives the cam to seal to make the pressure even, and the heating and sealing temperature stability is better.Most of the machines in the market, The counterparts are driven by air cylinders. For liquids, air cylinders will not seal tightly. The pneumatic sealing pressure is easily affected by changes in air
