KF-D312 is a 3-side or 4-side sealing machine that supports various feeding systems for liquids and pastes products, enabling single, double, or triple pouch packaging.
Usage
It is mainly used for packing soy sauce, vinegar, oil, seasoning sauces, shampoo, and other liquid or viscous materials.
Includes longitudinal, transverse, and transverse strengthening roller sealing units. Longitudinal seals use a continuous checkerboard pattern with leak-proof lines; horizontal seals use either checkerboard or flat patterns with leak-proof lines.
Main processes: bag forming, longitudinal sealing, filling, transverse sealing, strengthening sealing, tear-notch creation, and cutting.
Feeding device is selected based on the material's physical properties.
Cutting knife options: flat, serrated, or dotted line.
PLC centralized control, touch screen operation, servo-driven adjustable bag length, and intelligent photoelectric positioning.
