KF-D212 packaging machine is suitable for multi-materials double packs, single packs of multi-materials.

Usage

It is mainly used for packing instant noodle seasoning packs, dehydrated vegetables, dried vegetable packs,also suitable for  dual-chamber pouches for "granular + powdered" materials such as seasoning powder + chili powder, granulated sugar + coffee, etc. 

Features

• Adoption of a section of rollers.
• Sealing pattern: full continuous checkerboard.
• Cutting knife options: flat or serrated.
• Main workflow: bag forming, filling, sealing, optional tear notches, and cutting.
• Speed is controlled and displayed via frequency converter; sealing temperature via intelligent controller.
• Equipped with measuring disc, measuring cup, and up to four electromagnetic vibration feeders. 5 types of materials can be placed at the same time.
• Each vibration feeder measures one type of material independently.
