Description of Automatic High-Speed Packing Equipment

KF-D220 is a continuous packing machine suitable for 3-sided sealing or 4-sided sealing of granules and powders.

Vertical High Speed Powder Packaging Machine is two-pair roller type vertical packaging machine designed for automatic packaging of granule, powder and tablet products with 3-side or 4-side seal packaging.

Usage

It is mainly used for packaging: white sugar, seasoning powder, coffee, medicine, and other granular and powdery materials.

• Equipped with one set of longitudinal roller sealing and one set of transverse roller sealing unit for strong and reliable seals.
• Integrated workflow includes: bag forming, vertical sealing, filling, horizontal sealing, easy-tear notch creation, and cutting.
• Multiple dosing systems available based on product type: volumetric cup, swing type, screw feeder, or vibrator.
• Cutting options include: flat blade, serrated blade, or dotted line cutter.
• Controlled by a centralized PLC system with touchscreen operation, real-time status display, and intelligent photoelectric color mark tracking.
• Bag length is servo-adjustable with up to 30% flexibility.

Application

This machine adopts one set of vertical hot roller device and one set of horizontal hot roller device. Roller sealing ensures artistic and neat seal and chessboard pattern is complete and unintermitten. Various filling devices could be chosen, such as Volumetric Cup Filler,Auger Filler and Tablet Counting Filler.There are three types of cutting functions: plain cutting, sawtooth cutting and perforation cutting.This machine also equipped with tear notch for convenient bag opening.

PLC control,touch screen displays running status.

Vertical sealing unit driven by variable-frequency motor,realize stepless adjustment of packaging speed within rated range.

Horizontal sealing unit driven by servo motor ,realize stepless adjustment of bag length within rated range.The bag length can be set on Touch screen,and length adjustment is easy and convenient.

Intelligent photocell positioning control system with the function of automatic positioning of first bag.Eliminate the influence of signal disturbing caused by abnormal eye-mark pattern and bad print of film,to ensure stable operation.

Automatic adjustment function for noneffective cutting,solve the problem of multiple machine-stopping adjustments and waste of film,improving working efficiency and ensure good appearance of bags.
