1) Automatic spout pouch filling and capping machine is suitable for liquid or semi-liquid, such as packing jelly, soy milk, yogurt, mineral water, juice, ice cream, edible oil, seasoning, scour, laundry detergent, etc;

2) This is a fully automatic production line with such processes as automatic pouch-loading, vacuuming, fixed-position filling, nitrogen flushing, clean spout, cap feeding and inserting, capping (applying magnetic adjusting torque for rather stability), discharging;

3) This machine can be connected automatic cleaning system, PLC control, and touch screen system. One-key clean is automatic on the machine. the air-purifying system, safeguard switch, and glass cover. All of these functions can be added or removed according to the client's requirements.

4) This machine uses world-famous electrical and pneumatic components, such as OMRON and Mitsubishi Japanese PLC, WEINVIEW and Mitsubishi touch screens, Schneider switches, AIRTAC, and FESTO cylinders.

Operation Process

1. Automatic bag feeding with conveyor(one meter, fill up 30-50bags one time).
2. Auto 2 heads quantitively Anti-drip filling nozzles (The head quantity can be added or decreased according to production required), No bag no filling.
3. Auto cap loading and feeding (including vibrating).
4. Auto 2 cap heads tightening. No bag no capping.
5. Auto bag discharge.
