Product Description

Introduction
This packaging machine is a set of rollers designed for the automatic packaging of multi-materials, irregular particles and other materials. The machine can realize the packaging of three side sealing.

Application
For dehydrated vegetables, multi-materials, irregular particles and other solid non-homogeneous and homogeneous materials.

Features
The machine has a set of longitudinal and transverse sealing heat roller device. Sealing is done by roller method, with checkerboard pattern for longitudinal sealing and checkerboard pattern for transverse sealing. The metering device is selected for non-homogeneous multi-material, irregular granule packaging with vibrator (W) and fixed metering disk (U). The cutting knife can be one of three ways: flat knife, serrated, or dotted line. The machine is also equipped with an easy-tear cutting device for easy bag opening.
1.PLC control and touch screen display of operation status are adopted for this series of packaging machines.
Variable frequency motor drives the vertical sealing and horizontal sealing mechanism to achieve stepless adjustment of packing speed within the rated range.
2.Intelligent photoelectric color code positioning control system with first bag automatic positioning function can automatically exclude the influence of 3.interference signals caused by non-normal color code patterns and poorly printed packaging materials, and the operation is stable and reliable.
4.The film supply device adopts servo tension air rising shaft device.
5.With film tension compensation function, it can eliminate the influence of the change of film tension on the bag length.
6.Intelligent temperature control.PLC control and touch screen display of operation status are adopted for this series of packaging machines.
