Product Description

Features
1. The filling system consists of a liquid cylinder mechanism, liquid feeding mechanism, lifting and lowering mechanism, filling valve mechanism, switching valve mechanism, and so on.
2. Aerated beverage enters into the feeding tube through the steam-water mixer. If the beverage in the cylinder is lower than the minimum liquid level, the inlet solenoid valve will open and the beverage will enter the liquid cylinder. When the liquid level reaches the maximum line, the valve will close.
3. When aerating the beverage, the cylinder has a certain pressure, usually 0.3-0.6mpa. It can be chosen according to the type of beverage and customer's requirement, but the pressure in the cylinder must be less than the pressure in the mixer, otherwise, the beverage will not reach the filling cylinder. Pressurized gas should be injected into the hydraulic cylinder to ensure constant pressure in the cylinder. This pressure can be adjusted using a pressure-regulating valve for the inlet gas.
4. Isopressure filling is the addition of pressure to the bottles waiting to be filled. First, an isobaric pressure is established between the liquid bottle and the beverage bottle, which corresponds to the saturation pressure of the gas in the gas containing the beverage. Then the filling is realized in this case.
5. Isopressure filling can reduce the loss of carbon dioxide in the product and prevent excessive foaming during the filling process which affects product quality and dosing accuracy.
