KEFAI Flow Pack Packaging Machine also known as horizontal pillow bag packaging machine, is a kind of fully automatic packaging equipment. It is commonly used to pack products in back-sealed bags made of flexible film. This packaging method is usually used for bulk large items in the food, pharmaceutical, and non-food industries.

1. With dual-frequency converters to control the operation, it cuts the length of the bag by adjusting at once without adjusting empty movement, which will save time and the film.
2. By an industrial touch-screen imported, provides a large screen for man-machine conversation with a quick and easy data setting. It is clear at a glance without turning over the page displayed, and is simpler to track the pattern by combining it with a fuzzy-control system.
3. Through a perfect troubleshooting function, it offers a clear display of troubles.
4. Every seal's temperature is controlled independently by PID, it is more capable of fitting various pack materials and ensuring the perfect fastness of every seal.
5. Through the orientation machine-stop function, it does not exhibit the blade and does not waste the pack.
6. With a simple dual-frequency converter transmission system, it offers stable and reliable operation and more easy maintenance.

Working Process: 

Horizontal flow packing is a full automatic packing machine that includes product feeding---film forming---product wrapping---bag sealing---bag packing.
Currently, most flow packing machine use Double PLC control with 2 stepper motors to reduce machine production cost, but it is not a smart packing machine; that is why we choose a servo motor drive, it is more efficient than an inverter system. And the machine runs more precisely. What are the advantages of servo motor flow packing machine:
1. Accuracy: to achieve closed-loop control of position, velocity and torque;
2. Speed: Generally rated speed can reach 2000-3000rpm;
3. Stability: Low speed running smoothly, it will not appear stepper run phenomenon. For high-speed response to the request of the occasion.
4. Timeliness: the motor acceleration and deceleration of the dynamic response time is short, usually within a few tens of milliseconds.
