Product Description

KEFAI pillow packing machine is ideal for suppliers of products that must be packaged individually. Soap bar flow wrapping is a horizontal packaging process in which product enters the machinery and is wrapped in clear or printed film. The result is a tightly fitted flexible package with a horizontal back seal and end seal.

Main Features

1. With dual-frequency convertors to control the operation, it cuts the length of bag by adjusting at once without adjusting empty movement, which will save the time and the film.
2. By an industrial touch-screen imported, it provides a large screen for man machine conversation with a quick and easy datasetting. It is clear at a glance without turning over the page displayed, and is more simple to track the pattern by combined with a fuzzy-control system.
3. Through a perfect troubleshooting function, it offers a clear display of troubles.
4. Every seal's temperature controlled independently by PID, it is more capable to fit various pack material, and to ensure the perfect fastness of every seal.
5. Through the orientation machine-stop function, it does not exhibit the blade, and not waste the pack.
6. With a simple dual-frequency convertors transmission system, it offers a stable and reliable operation, and a more easy maintenance.

Working Process: 

Horizontal flow packing is full automatic packing machine which included product feeding---film forming---product wrapping---bag sealing---bag packing.
Currently, most of the flow packing machine use Double PLC control with 2 stepper motors in order to reduce machine production cost, but it is not smart packing machine; that is why we choose servo motors drive, it has more efficiency than inverter system. And the machine run more precisely.
What are the advantages of servo motor flow packing machine:
1.Accuracy:to achieve closed loop control of position,velcity and torque;
2.Speed: Generally rated speed can reach 2000-3000rpm;
3.Stability: Low speed running smoothly,it will not appear stepper run phenomenon.For high speed response to the request of the occasion.
4.Timeliness:the motor acceleration and deceleration of  the dynamic response time is short,usually within a few tens of milliseconds.
5.Comfort:heat and noise significantly reduced.
